From the Fujian province of China, our White Peony, known locally as Pai Mu Tan, is a delicate tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening. A light flavor, when brewed it has faint floral sweetness reminiscent of drinking honey out of a flower.
Preparation:

Water temp 170 - 180 F
2 - 3 minute steep time
