This wonderful Sencha is from Shizuoka on the Fujiyama mountain slopes, where half of Japanese tea is produced. It is carefully processed and slightly steamed before rolling and drying. Its infusion has a shimmering, light olive-green color with a dominant note in the after taste. Ideal for those who enjoy a strong green tea.
